How to use a GUA SHA
Before you begin, cleanse your skin and apply moisturiser, serum or oil for optimal slip.
MAKE IT… A MOMENT OF SELF-CONNECTION
Applying light pressure, massage the face with the Gua Sha – gently sweeping outwards and upwards from the centre of the face. Use the widest side to massage cheeks, forehead and neck; the rounded side to massage under eyes; the small concave side to help sculpt cheekbones and jawline.
Jawline: chin to ear
Cheekbones: side of nose to ear
Forehead: upwards motion, evenly across
Brow bone: outwards & up
Neck: up in the middle, down on the sides
